WHAT IS FCB LADIES CLUB?
This is an un-registered, non-committal, non-profit making, customer loyalty program created in-house by the bank and shared with a select group of the female clientele of the bank who are expected to work with the bank on voluntary basis for the overall betterment and empowerment of the women lot of the community.

OBJECTIVES OF THE LADIES CLUB

The club is formed by the bank for the purpose of realizing certain objectives including the following:

• To assist the bank in the development and offering of confidential, dependable and personalized savings and other banking services – such as the “LULU SAVINGS ACCOUNT and the BUSARA FAMILY SAVINGS PLAN”
• To assist the bank in offering its micro-credit financing portfolio of “BORESHA” as well as the Youth Enterprise Development Funding particularly as this may relate to women borrowers.
• To enable the coordination and provision of various civic and cultural programs in keeping with the many roles and requirements of the women of today and to better prepare them for the responsibilities of making sound financial decisions regardless of their stages in life;
• To provide a platform for intercommunication and free networking between the members of the club with the hope of contributing positively to their personal development and well-being.

FEATURES OF THE CLUB

• Each club member will be provided with specially designed membership card.
• There is no membership fee for joining the Club.
• Each Branch of the Bank will have a female officer dedicated as a “Club Champion” to attend to the specific requirements of the club members.
• Club members may, whenever necessary/ possible, utilize a dedicated counter of any branch of the Bank for all their banking needs.
• Club members will be eligible to utilize our safe deposit lockers at discounted fees.
• Club members and their families will always be given advance information with regard to new banking products and all promotional activities that the bank may offer.
• Important club information and issues will be outlined in a dedicated page of the bank’ quarterly in-house magazine (FCB Bulletin).
• Club members will access discounts on all shopping done from selected shops and outlets which are currently being organized. This will be advised to the club members soon.
• All children of the club members (upto 15 years old) will automatically become members of the bank’s “YOUNG COMMUNITY CLUB” which is currently under formation and which will offer various advantages and opportunities to the children.
• All club members who may wish to access financing (loans) from the bank will be eligible for special treatments on the financing rates applicable on the products.    
  
  

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for joining the club will largely depend on:

1.    The level of customer loyalty that the person has with the Bank;
2.    The extent of value proposition that person may be able to add to the club.

If you would like to join the club, please discuss your membership request with the club champion at your nearest FCB Branch.
