 ABDULATIF ESSAJEE - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Essajee is a renowned scholar in Accounting and served on both the Professional Standards Committee and the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He majored in accounting in his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Nairobi.

He is a lecturer at the University of Nairobi (UoN) where he teaches and supervises both undergraduate and post-graduate students. He is a Director and a senior lecturer at Vision Institute of Professionals in Nairobi and Mombasa. He previously lectured at United States International University (USIU) where he headed the Accounting & Finance Department.

Mr. Essajee lectures extensively on Islamic Finance and has been a keen supporter of the move for the establishment of Islamic banking in Kenya and has contributed extensively in terms of write-ups on the subject and in sensitizing the people on the same.

RIZWAN DADA - HEAD OF BUSINESS

Mr. Rizwan Joined the bank in February 2010 from Imperial Bank where he was the Area Manager for Nairobi. He has 20 years of wide banking experience in Accounts, Audit, Branch Operations, Relationship Management, Branch Management, Business Development and 1 year in Manufacturing as a Director. He previously worked with Diamond Trust Bank, First American Bank, Commercial Bank of Africa, Equatorial Commercial Bank and Imperial Bank.

He has held various position in the Banking Industry.He holds a Master of  Business Administration degree from the University of Leicester. He majored in Corporate Finance and International Business..

ABUBAKAR ATHMAN ALI, HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Athman joined the bank in October 2010 and is currently the Head of Operations . He has extensive banking experience of over 18 years in Banking Operations ,Business Development and International Trade. He previously worked with Habib Kenya Finance, Habib AG Zurich, Industrial Development Bank and Family Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Honors) Degree from University of Nairobi. He majored in Commerce and Economics. He has participated in both local and international workshops, seminars and trainings related to Banking

YUNIS MOHAMED OMAR, HEAD OF INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY

Mr. Yunis joined FCB in the year 2010 and is currently the Head of ICT. He has 7 years of consolidated experience in various ICT departments in the banking industry. He joined the banking industry in 2006 and previously worked at Investment and Mortgages (I&M) bank and Gulf African bank in various capacities within the ICT departments.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science with minor in Physics and Mathematics and a First class Masters degree in Information Technology from the University of Madras in India.

LUL BARRE MUSA, HEAD OF HR & ADMINISTRATION & LEGAL

Mrs Lul  has over 21 years of various banking including Human Resources Management, General Administration and Banking Operations. She joined the banking Industry in 1989 at Kenya Commercial Bank in S & L. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Nairobi as well as MBA studies from Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) & Maastricht School of Management (MSM). She is also trained in HR from the Kenya Institute of Management.

NORBERT TALAM, HEAD OF FINANCE

Mr. Talam has 7 years of dedicated experience in Financial Management. He started his banking career in the year 2004 at K-rep Bank where he worked as Finance Manager 4 years. He has a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Catholic University of East Africa and a Certified Public Accountant.  He is also certified as a Public Secretary and is a member of the( ICPSK).

ABDALLAH ABDI ALI, HEAD OF RISK AND COMPLIANCE

Abdallah Abdi Ali joined the bank in February 2012 as the head of risk and compliance. He has over five years experience in risk and compliance in banking industry. Previously, he worked with Fina bank as business continuity coordinator for the group including Rwanda and Uganda, before he left he was the acting head of risk and compliance

Abdallah holds a first class degree in bachelor of commerce and masters degree in business administration, he too holds a post graduate diploma in marketing management and a diploma in risk management from KPMG Sweden courtesy of SIDA. Abdallah has attended a number of training in risk sponsored by different institutions. He is an affiliate member of business continuity institute and a member of Garp Kenya chapter
