FCB CALL CENTRE
Established in November 2009, FCB’s Call Center represents a complete state-of-the-art delivery channel that handles all incoming and outgoing calls of our customers in addition to providing comprehensive information relating to the bank’s products and services. Our call Center activities are undertaken through multiple communication channels (phone, SMS, fax, e-mail), which are combined to create a dynamic and an unparalleled experience to our clientele.
We plan to make our call center a 24 hour facility soon. However, for the moment our customers can enjoy increased communication with the Bank through the support of our dedicated, well trained representatives at the center who will provide ease of access, politeness and quick response everyday from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.
